Over the Shoulder MONKEY Holder???

I will never know for certain, but I am pretty confident that Mary Jacobs Phelps, did not have this in mind when she invented (in 1914)what we now know as the modern day bra.

For this little lady, however, the brassier found in the washpile on her mama's bed, served quite nicely as a sachel for her pet monkey, "Boots".
