Field trip to the Farm Show
We really do not get out very much. Not compared to most, anyway.
It is simply a matter of logistics and sanity in chosing to stay put, but on this particular evening night my parents kindly kept the twins while we ventured with the rest to our state's yearly farm show.
It was indeed alot of work.
Yet...it was worth it.
Here are a few pictures of our evening....
(It went down well. Real well. And yes, the onlooker got her fair share.)
We did a lot of waiting. First to get on the shuttle bus, and below, to get on the elevators...(this picture acurately depicts the antsy-ness of the littlest one.)
An epic (as he would say) sheep stare down. I believe he (Rick) won.
An intimate moment between this cow couple was caught on camera.
(Get a room, already!!)
I love this picture. Two little lambs. Great color. I just like it.
It's my current computer 'wallpaper'.
This kindly farmer 'took' to the children, allowing them to feed his sheep some hay.
Boy oh boy, this was a BIG night!!!!

He was hoping we wouldn't notice.
But we did.

...but find most fascinating the pile of poop found at the feet of this creature.
